Satisfaction Street?

Okay, so this is completely off topic.  But, as a huge Stones fan, I had to post this link.  : )

To bring this post back on topic... the Yuletide is fast approaching.  I just wanted to take a moment to wish all of you a very Glæd Géol!

New England Night and Day

An events listings web site for the six New England states.  While none of the events currently listed are Heathen specific, there are several events like craft fairs usw. that may be of interest to families or individuals.  And, I say none of the events currently listed are Heathen specific, because apparently if one registers with the site he can add his own listings.  Guests to the site can browse the listings, but in order to list an event, one does need to register.  Anyhow, I thought it might be a good resource, either for the possible listing of Heathen interest events, or just to see what's going on in New England.  The url is here: http://www.nenightandday.com/index.php

As this is a Northeast community, do any of you know of similar events listings sites for other regions or individual states in the Northeast you'd like to share?

Wassail!

Sharia court now legal in Britain for minor cases

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/crime/article4749183.ece

This irritates me to no end. Just wanted to make the community aware. I know that if I have legal trouble, I won't be allowed to go before the Thing instead of a judge. I just know this just better never happen here in the US.
